The powder measure is infinitely adjustable (within the capacity of each powder bar) to get just the load you require. We have found great consistency, even with extruded propellant like Somchem S335. Obviously, ball and flake powders do meter more consistently than extruded powders. You will require the Dillon Extra Small Powder Bar (#20780) for charges under ~3gr, and/or the Dillon Magnum Rifle Powder Bar (#21353) for charges over ~50gr. These are available separately.
