RCBS Universal Hand Priming Tool

The RCBS Universal Hand Priming Tool is a tool that combines the universal shell holder from the APS tool with the primer tray from the standard tool to offer unmatched performance. The universal shell holder accepts cases from 32 ACP to 45-70 Government.

This tool features a safety gate, isolating the primer seating operation from the primer supply to reduce the risk of tray detonation. The primer tray is removable, orients primers for use and includes accessories to seat large and small rifle or pistol primers.
