Vihtavuori N570 Rifle Propellant - 454g

The Vihtavuori N570 Rifle Propellant is one of the more recent products by Vihtavuori, especially in the high-energy powder family. It was developed for magnum cartridge reloaders, strongly desired and lacking in the market.

This high energy powder, with its large grain size and high bulk density, was developed to bring out the maximum velocities of cartridges with very large volume cases like the 6.5-284 Norma, 300 Win Mag, 300 Rem Ultra Mag and 338 Lapua Mag.

Vihtavuori’s N570 is very well suited for long-range target shooting and military applications.

N570 is a slow burning high energy powder with extruded, tubular grains that measure 2.3mm in length by 1.3mm in diameter. We recommend weighing your N570 charges rather than relying on throws from powder measures, due to the large kernel size.

Like all of Vihtavuori’s N500 series rifle powders, the N570 is manufactured from high-quality nitro-cellulose, grains are impregnated with nitro-glycerine and non-energetic additives.
