The CZ 52 Semi-Auto Pistol - 9mmP is a semi-automatic pistol designed by Jan and Jaroslav Kratochvil in the early 1950’s for the Czechoslovak military. The CZ 52 pistol is a roller locked short recoil–operated, detachable box magazine–fed, single-action, semi-automatic pistol chambered for 9x19mm. Military models of this firearm feature a grey oxide coating and have their military serial code engraved on the left side of the frame.
